September 2005: amateur cyclists will be able to take part in the first staging of the Granfondo Colnago. I am sure it will be a great occasion. Everybody involved has been putting in great effort and shown great dedication. The organising structure is very good. There are extremely interesting courses, with the right amount of challenges; the hills around Piacenza will test athletes to their limits.
Logistically everything meets our ambitions, and even those who will not compete will be interested in the scheduled events.
Thank you. To the organising committee. To the businesses and boards that joined us and support us. And thanks, of course, to those who are going to race. Our passion brought us so far, now it is your turn. Have a great time.
